At this time of year, especially in Central London, we are starting to think about proofing vulnerable areas from birds who will be looking for nesting sites for the spring. We have completed recently a number of jobs to repair and replace damaged netting for our clients and more due to be completed over the next few weeks.
However, not all areas require such extensive treatment and with the proliferation of solar panels we have seen the development of simple but effective systems to stop birds using the void under these to nest.
It’s made from durable black PVC and it’s a quick fix system that clips onto the inside lip of the panel but without scratching the surface. No drilling required to fix, just a knife needed to cut it to the correct length.
